The temporary deployment of COMANECI™ provides the long-term support of a stent, achieving high packing density and 85% immediate complete occlusion compared to 79% with stent-assisted coiling.1

HOW IT WORKS

1. After positioning the catheters, DEPLOY the 1 st coil loop; then deploy COMANECI.

2. CONTINUE COILING – close and re-expand COMANECI before detaching each coil.

3. REMOVE the coiling catheter with COMANECI expanded. Remove COMANECI.
